What should I look for when choosing the best psychologist for anxiety treatment?

I’ve been dealing with anxiety for a while and it’s starting to affect my sleep and focus. I’m thinking about finally talking to a psychologist but I’m not sure how to choose the right one.

There are so many options and I don’t really know what matters most—like should I focus on CBT experience, or is it more about finding someone you feel comfortable with?

If anyone has been through therapy for anxiety, how did you decide who to go with? Any signs that helped you know it was the right fit?
