A colleague recently mentioned having issues logging into the LiteBlue USPS portal, and I was trying to help them figure it out. From what I understand, LiteBlue is the official employee portal for USPS staff, but sometimes the login page doesn’t load properly or throws authentication errors.

They’ve already tried basic things like clearing cache, switching browsers, and checking their EIN/password, but the issue still comes up occasionally. I was wondering if this could be due to server-side issues or maybe security updates on the USPS system?
