I’m exploring the FishBase API to understand how to pull species details, especially region-based data and behavior info, for a small reference section I’m building on my website.

While my site "ps2biosonline" mainly focuses on tech-related guides, I also want to create a small educational page where I list interesting species facts as a side project. I tested a few endpoints, but I’m not fully sure about the best way to request clean, structured species data that includes habitat + size + distribution together in one call.

Can someone guide me on:

Which endpoints are best for combined species info?
Whether there’s a recommended workflow for organizing the output so it stays readable for visitors?
