Looking for Reliable Linux VMs

Hey everyone, I need to set up a few Linux virtual machines for a development project and I'm looking for a stable VPS provider. My current host has been inconsistent with performance. Has anyone used a linux vm from MangoHost? I'm curious about their reliability and how easy it is to manage the instances.
