I'm new to Muay Thai and need advice on the essential gear. I’ve got the basics like shorts and a mouthguard, but I’m unsure about gloves, shin guards, and wraps. What brands do you recommend for a beginner? Are there specific features I should look for to ensure quality and safety? Also, should I consider investing in headgear right away? Any tips on maintaining and cleaning the gear would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance for your help!
