How do you deal with test anxiety?

Test anxiety is a combination of physical symptoms and emotional reactions that interfere with your ability to perform well on tests. Many students experience varying levels of test anxiety for a number of difference reasons. If you're overthinking on a test, give yourself a chance to look through all the questions on the test, and decide which ones you can get out of the way first. That saves you time to attack the ones that are more difficult after you've gotten the easier ones out of the way.
