How to play Breakout Game for free online?
On May 13, 1976, Atari, Inc. made and put out the pinball video game Breakout Game. Steve Wozniak made it. It was based on ideas from Nolan Bushnell and Steve Bristow, who got their ideas from the famous Atari arcade game Pong from 1972. In Breakout, the goal is to keep bouncing a ball off a paddle into a row of rocks that fills the top third of the screen. In Japan, Namco put out the arcade game. Breakout was a big financial success. In both the US and Japan, it was one of the top five arcade video games that made the most money in 1976, and it was one of the top three in both countries in 1977. In the 1978 Atari VCS port, there is no black-and-white screen with a colorful overlay. Instead, color images are used.
In the first stage of Breakout, there are eight rows of bricks, each with two rows of a different color. From the bottom, the colors are yellow, green, orange, and red, in that order. To break as many bricks as possible, the player must hit the bricks with a single ball using either the walls or the paddle below. If a person misses the ball after it bounces back, they lose a turn. The player has three turns to try to get rid of the rocks on two screens. The red bricks at the top score seven points each, followed by the green bricks with three points, the orange bricks with five points, the yellow bricks with one point, and the green bricks with three points. After the ball goes through the red row and hits the upper wall, the paddle shrinks to half its original size. The speed of the ball rises after four hits, twelve hits, and when it hits both the orange and red rows.
